Saturday, September 11, 2021, a Mechanical Membership Training (MMT) webinar with the theme “How To Be A Leader” was held by Bastian Pakpahan (M’18) as the host and Raymond Andrean Sitorus (M’18) as the moderator.

This MMT is filled by Dr Ir. M. Sabri, MT. HDI. ASEAN Eng., as the Head of the USU Mechanical Engineering Department and previous USU Mechanical Engineering alumni such as Bonar Saragih, ST (M’86), Zulham Effendi, ST. M.sc. eng. (M’97), and Shandy Marpaung, ST. (M’09).

In this webinar, participants are taught that being a reliable leader is a process of directing, guiding, and influencing the behaviour of others so that they can meet specific goals in various situations. And in this webinar, participants are also trained to find the right scheme to become a reliable leader.
