On Monday, May 3rd, 2021, at 16.00, a quality improvement training for stakeholders with the theme “Administration and Secretariat” was held, which was presented by Thoriq Bihaqqi, the 2019/2020 demissionary administrator of the Mechanical Engineering Student Association (IMM), which took place at the IMM Secretariat. This training aims to improve the competence of IMM administrators in managing organisational administration, especially in the field of correspondence and managing the organisation’s secretarial inventory. Secretarial administration itself is the whole process of implementing a series of structuring activities for office work and other assistance tasks in order to support the success of organisational goals.
